Quiettouch Inc.(QTI) is a leading integrated service management and data center operations company providing services to clients across Canada and select foreign markets. While privacy has always been treated as a priority at Quiettouch, we have now taken more formal steps to promote responsible and transparent practices in the management of personal information in accordance with various privacy information protection statues. This Privacy Policy describes Quiettouch's policies regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of Personal Information.
We ensure that our employees sign a code of business conduct that requires the safeguarding and proper use of confidential information, including personal information. We also have appropriate controls on the protection of personal information within our systems and websites and ensure that our employees are trained to respect privacy of personal information at all times.
Quiettouch will continue to review and amend its Privacy Policy to ensure it remains current with the changing environment and regulations and it may be supplemented or modified by agreements entered into between Quiettouch and an individual or organization from time to time.

We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information)
or allows us to contact you to provide a service or carry out a transaction
that you have requested such as receiving information about QTI products and services,
entering a contest, ordering e-mail newsletters, joining a limited-access premium site or service,
signing up for an event or training, or when purchasing, downloading and/or registering products.
The personal information we collect may include your name, title, company or organization name,
work e-mail, work phone, work or home address, information about your job function, information
about your company.
The Site may collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet
service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet;
the date and time you access the Site; the pages that you access while at the Site and
the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site.

If it is requested QTI will permanently destroy all such information, in accordance with Canadian law.
